Jeff Jorde is the President and CEO of Southwest Behavioral Health Services, Phoenix, Arizona. Southwest Behavioral Health Services provide comprehensive behavioral health services throughout Central and Northern Arizona. As CEO for the past 22 years, Mr. Jorde has led the company during a period of change and transition in behavioral health care to become the largest community-based provider of these services in Arizona. Employing over 900 professional staff, Southwest sees more than 35,000 patients across several communities. As a leader in local healthcare, Mr. Jorde serves on various healthcare committees and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Network since 2001.

 Mr. Jorde was introduced to Sias International University during a visit to China in 2008. Since then his company has provided internships to 23 Chinese students, 18 of which are from Sias International University. In addition to this, over the past 8 years, Southwest has provided professional training in behavioral health to Sias faculty and students, Zhengzhou University, and Zhengzhou Mental Health Hospital employees. Mr. Jorde became a Sias Foundation Board member in 2010, and currently serves as the President of the Sias Foundation Board of Directors.

 Jeff Jorde is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a B.A. in Psychology, and the University of Arizona, with an M.A. in Health Care Administration.
